False advertising from Xfinity Mobile buyout program

I switched from Verizon to Xfinity Mobile a few months ago and it has been one of the worst experiences of my life! At the store #102 the sales rep had said that once I payout my contract with then Verizon that I would  be getting a 500 dollar reimbursement. After applying for the buyout program and paying 516 dollars to pay out the Verizon contract, I was told to be in the lookout for an email with the card. When I received the email it’s only for a 200 dollar gift card, later that week I cal Xfinity and talk to a sales rep that she had escalated it and that it should be fixed shortly. Weeks goes by with no response, called again and asked to talk to a supervisor. Supervisor told me that I should be getting the rest of the 300 though my email and to keep an eye out. Weeks went by with nothing. Called again and they said that I only qualified for the 200 with no explanations as to why. And not only that but my prices are nothing like the original sales rep has promised. They will do

anything to bring you over as a new customer but then they stop caring and don’t have good business practices. Not happy with my switch to Xifinity Mobile, I do not recommend their services to anyone!
