False Sale

I added xfinity mobile to my wifi because I was told they were running a promotion for free service for the first year, I would just have to say for the device in addition to $40 off of my wifi bill. They are now telling me a customer can't have two promotions. I would have never left AT&T to get a new phone if I was not told this. Where can I get directly to someone high up? Should I file with the FCC then pursue legal action? Help.

Hello Tahsjee , Sorry to hear about the missing discount. Can you confirm what the 2nd promotion they are claiming you are receiving is?

I had $40 off my wifi and free service for a year. The Xfinity sales agent submitted an ECM ticket and was told I can’t have two promotions. Why do I have to suffer because of this?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: 
Click "Sign In" if necessary

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there 
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.
