faulty charges

who do i email or call about my phone being turned off for faulty charges. 1. I live in Detroit and I am in Canada every other weekend without ever being charged this fictitous fee their claiming. 2. I go to Toronto and and could not receive or place calls. I received an emergency call from my daughter and could not take the call I texted her and told her i was in canada and could not connect to her.3. This started in April May and every month since the agents I have spoken with have promised to remove the charges and have returned service to my phone. Every month since may this has happened. I am a disabled veteran and cannot afford to allow an almost 400 faulty charge go.

Thank you for reaching out to our team here @user_lpie40. I will be happy to take a look at any issue with the Mobile billing from here for you. Could you send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service?

To send a direct message [private message]:

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
