FRAUDSTERS-COMPLAIN

I spokento someone yesterday and she promised and confirmed 100% phone deal if i bring my wife’s line to xfinity/ agent told me she will call me back next day to confirm the details but never did. I been called but none is ready to help. Def a fraud

I already tried that but noone is able to help as i’m a new Xfinity customer. Literally worst experience. I ported my number todayafternoon from at&t and i was told it will be activated in 10mins but i still don’t have any service

I f you have already ported your devices over to Xfinity Mobile and completed the activation portion @user_bjagiu, go to your settings and perform a network reset, then power your device off then back on. Let me know if this helps
