Free yee plan promotion

I changed my xfinity now mobile number and my promotion didn't transfer to my need number.  The customer representative said it would. How do I get my promotion back onto my plan?

Did you ask how long it would take the new number to take affect? I would call them again. Or have someone call your new number to see if calls are now coming through. Login to your Xfinity account and see what mobile number displays, if someone can call you to verify the new # works and you find it doesn't ring to you... call them back.

Good morning @user_4o4e29, and thanks for posting your question to the Xfinity forums, I hope you are having a good weekend. I am sorry to hear that your promo did not transfer to the new line, but you have come to the right place where myself and my team of experts can take a look at this for you. You mentioned a line with NOW mobile, and normally the promotion for the free line of service is for Xfinity mobile, which is a different service then the NOW mobile. Was your old number with Xfinity mobile and the new number is with NOW mobile?

Yes, the representative changed me from xfinity mobile to now mobile without my permission or acknowledgement.  He was supposed to just change the number like he told me.
