Genuinely sick of xfinity

We moved in June of 2025 and our account was not ported over correctly by xfinity. They advertise "plug and play" "we make moving easy!" but it could not be further from the truth.

We have cable, internet, and mobile plans with xfinity and have for several years. The day we moved in, I spent nearly 6 hours on the phone attempting to find out why the internet was not working. It took THREE DAYS for someone to identify that the account was never moved from one address to the other. Then I was unable to log into my mobile account, I spent 6 months trying to get that resolved just to find out that YET AGAIN xfinity did not transfer the mobile account with the cable/internet (how is that even possible?!!) Now, I cannot upgrade my husbands seriously old as heck phone that isn't working well because the credit for the DDP wasn't transferred from the old address to the new one. I've heard "well your bill was late once" WHERE, show me? The bill is always paid on time and I can furnish receipts.

For 15 months I have been trying to get my account with xfinity straightened out and can't. I like the services they offer, it's convenient and we NEVER have connectivity issues but this is seriously about to make me switch to a more expensive carrier so that my husband can have a working phone. Y'all take hundreds of dollars from me a month, promise me phone upgrades at no cost with the phone data plan I have but it doesn't seem like xfinity wants to hold up their end of the bargain.

Genuinely, can anyone at xfinity help?
