getting refunded
hello I spoke with support staff about a billing issue on the 23rd and they said that I would refunded. I still have not received any refund or notice of the status of the refund. How long does this take?

Hello @user_fj5qtv, I understand how this issue could become frustrating, I will be more than happy to look into this matter for you. Can you begin by sending me the name and address to the account in question in a direct message?
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
