Help accessing Xfinity Mobile Portal [Edit]

Not abl to Access Xfinity Mobile Portal.

Calling to differnt customer care people almost 7 to 8 days .

Almost spoke to 30 customer care reprsentatives .No body able to help.

Hello @user_240c4c Sorry to hear you are unable to access the mobile portal.  Are you getting any error messages? What devices have you tried accessing it on?

If you are still having issues, would you mind letting me know the make and model of the device that you are using to access the Xfinity mobile online portal?

I am having Trouble with your entire support System .With the mobile number for which you guys providing service not able to pull the account details.Very stupid srvice system you guys having ..i am REALLY fed up with you guys .

Today Also I spoke to so many customer care people to fix my problem .very inappropreiate Serive.if they are not able to help either connecting to differnt teams and imply discinnecting call.Very much disappointed with Service
