help with phone bill

Hello, 

I am reaching out regarding my trade in.  I was told I would receive a credit for this device, but this has not happened. The Find my Device feature was turned off as required, and the phone was never returned to me. I need the full trade in credit applied back to my account immediately, as promised. Please review this issue and confirm when the credit will be posted.

As someone who recently did a trade-in, I can understand the importance of getting those trade-in credits applied to the account as quickly as possible. You've come to the right place. Over social media, we are an excellent team of experts who are dedicated to resolving trade-in requests such as this. We can help. Can you tell us the estimated date of when you accepted the initial offer? Trade-in credits for Xfinity Mobile typically take one to two billing cycles to appear on the account. Once the device is received and confirmed in good condition with Find My disabled, like you mentioned, credits are applied over 24 months, but the initial appearance of credits is within one to two billing cycles. Additionally, once Assurant gets the device, it can take up to 15 business days for the device to be processed after receipt.
