How can I download my xfinity mobile statement as a PDF?

This issue is still not resolved by Xfinity. Why not? What are you hiding? It's still impossible to download a pdf statement. Taking a screenshot is not enough.

Because of this issue, I will be going back to Verizon so I can submit bills to my company.

@user_vpa01e Go to the billing web site here; https://customer.xfinity.com/billing

Once you login, select Bill details for your mobile account. On the next screen select Statement history. From there you can view/download your current statement PDF, or any of the past ones.

This works but so slow that you may think it does not ...

This worked, thank you @DreamSayerZ. It seems the main issue is that you have to be logged into the normal xfinity site (NOT xfinity.com/mobile) and then go to billing.  It's a workaround and not ideal but does the trick.

I'm glad that worked for your @user_vpa01e. I know this is an extra step, and we appreciate everyone's feedback. Thank you to @DreamSayerZ for their input.

If you can view the statement. the only sure way is to take a picture of the statement with your camera or smart phone.

You cannot save the statements from the Xfinity app. You need to login to your account using a web browser. If you have an iPhone, use Safari. This browser will allow you to save the PDF easily. If you use another browser such as Chrome, there is a several step workaround. Because you cannot save a PDF from that browser. And you'll also need the Acrobat reader app installed on your phone.

In Chrome, send the document to the printer, from the print screen, send the file to the Acrobat app. From the Acrobat app you can save the PDF file on your phone.

If you have a laptop or PC,  much easier to handle all of this.

Spent hours on this today with Support and no joy. However, I played around with it later and I found a solution that might work for others for whom the "workaround" doesn't work:

  1. In your browser (I tried both Chrome and Edge on a desktop PC), navigate to the setting that allows popups for specific sites (it will vary by browser - Google it for your browser). Add this page: https://customer.xfinity.com/billing/mobile/statement/history (In Edge, you might be able to click on a button at the top of the address bar while you are on that page to allow popups.)
  2. Close your browser and reopen it.
  3. Login in to your primary Xfinity account.
  4. Go to Billing.
  5. Select Xfinity Mobile.
  6. Select Statement history. A new page will load
  7. There should be a purple download link called "Download PDF". Click on it.
  8. Your statement should display in PDF format in a new window. From there you can "print to PDF" to save the pdf file to your computer. (The download link does not seem to work on Chrome - the filename has no file extension and adding ".pdf" manually to the file name doesn't seem to work either.)

Note that the Xfinity app on iPhone will display the Xfinity Mobile statement in PDF form in a new window, but there is no functionality to save it, only an "x" to close the new window. I don't have a solution for that use case.
