How to cancel a mobile line without trasfering the number?
I no longer need that number. I tried calling Xfinity hot line but could not talk to a live person. but automatic phone menu does not support this request.

In order to cancel a line without porting out to another cellular company, you would want to contact our Xfinity Mobile partners directly. We do not have the ability to cancel a line. They can be reached by calling 1 (888) 936-4968 or via live chat at https://www.xfinity.com/xfinityassistant/?channel=xMobile. Have you tried opening a live chat through our Xfinity Assistant to see if they can provide assistance?
