If you want to completely deactivate your service and are not transferring to another carrier, schedule a time for XM to call you back to cancel your Xfinity Mobile service.
If you are transferring any line or all lines to another service, each line will be automatically deactivated/canceled when the new service ports each line. You will need to log in to XM and go to one of your devices and find the TRANSFER option to get a port out code that you will provide to your new carrier. If you cancel an Unlimited line, data charges for the line you are canceling will be prorated based on where you are in your current bill cycle. They don't prorate your currently selected By the Gig data charge.
