how to stop "activation needed" emails and texts

I am getting "activation needed" emails and texts almost every day despite the fact the my line is activated (I used the SIM card that was sent). How can I get those to stop?

Good evening @user_nnkl71, and thank you for reaching out on our Community Forums, we appreciate it. I see that you are receiving regular emails and texts regarding activating your service. To confirm, are you still receiving those? When did you activate your service?

Want to mark last reply as accepted answer but it's not letting me do so. (I followed instructions and that stopped the msgs).

Good morning user_nnkl71. I'm sorry that the system is not allowing you to mark the previous comment as the solution. I would love to help out with that, and I'm so happy to hear that it worked. I know those automated communications can interfere with your day.

Please forgive me if I am missing a comment, did you call into our awesome Xfinity mobile team for help with notifications you were receiving?
