I am having trouble verifying my identity for Xfinity mobile services because my camera is broken on my phone i can't take picture of my id

I am trying to add a line to Xfinity mobile. But the camera is broken on my current device and I can't take a clear photo to verify. What should I do

user_eadmzv Do you have the option to upload the photo, or does it have to be captured and uploaded at the same time? I'd check if you have another device, possibly friend of family member, that can take a photo and send it to you to upload from your device. You can also visit a local Xfinity Store to see if they can help upload it and assist with the line order as well.
