I was lied to

I’ve been trying to resolve this issue with Xfinity Mobile for almost two weeks. I cancelled my account and I am still receiving emails for past due charges. No body can help me. I get transferred around. I would not recommend Xfinity mobile. If they offer you a deal it’s probably a scam.
