If I can’t talk to a human about my issues I don’t want your service

Y’all send these new modern out my tv signal works sometime on and off and my signal to my phone on Wi-Fi jump on and off all day we not stay connected. This is the worst service time I call y’all y’all sent me to a computer and you saying you seen in the city and everything all right but you ain’t telling me what I’m going through in real lifetime cause I’m dealing with it. It’s not being concerned. I’m not getting my service That I’m paying for

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
  3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.
