My travel companions have no problem getting gogle maps and can make call, unlike the service try switching off WiFi to cellular still on connection. What’s up with xfinity

user_h4r9mh If you have a Premium Unlimited data plan, you don’t need to do anything — Global Travel Pass is already included for free. That means you can stay connected while you travel without any extra steps. Having the Premium Unlimited is the best way to have the global capability included.
Global Travel Pass is normally $10 per day per line in over 215 covered destinations. Once you add Global Travel Pass to a line and international roaming is enabled, you are only charged once you start the pass by using data in a covered location. To start an active travel pass session, just use data while in a covered country.
