International data on Unlimited Premium
Why was I charged for international data after switching to $0 plan? Another bait-and-switch by Xfinity Mobile?
I switched one line from "Unlimited Intro" to "Unlimited Premium" because "Unlimited Premium" was described as
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Int'l talk, text, and data in 215+ destinations $0.00
Service with unlimited talk and text
---------------------------------------------------------------------
However, after switching, there were still international data charges (the country is included in the 215+ destinations), and the description of "Unlimited Premium" now reads:
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Service with unlimited talk and text Included
Service while outside the US $xxx.xx
---------------------------------------------------------------------

Hello, @Xfifi - That sounds incredibly frustrating, and I completely understand why seeing unexpected charges after switching plans would be alarming. We definitely want to help in any way we can. To help me point you in the right direction before we move to a private space to look at your specific billing statement, could you confirm a couple of quick details?
1. Timing: Did you upgrade the line to Unlimited Premium before the trip began, or did you make the switch while you were already traveling?
2. Destination: Was the country you visited part of our standard international roaming destinations?
Once we have a bit more context on the timing, we might want to move to a private message so that I can securely pull up your account generation, review the exact timestamps of the charges, and get this sorted out for you. Hang tight, we'll get to the bottom of this!

I need to understand what happens after 10GB of consumption. Some people (like me) might need the option to buy more GB's. I would also like to know what "one month" means as it it relates to traveling internationally. Is it one month from when you land, or a calendar month? What if I go from Italy to France? Is that still the same 10GB/month or does it reset?
