IPad scam
Finally found an avenue for my complaint. I was scammed by this too. I saw an older forum post about this. I need help from Xfinity to fix this problem. I was told many times, lies, about that those Ella was resolved but that was evidently from that phishing company. I was never told about the mobile plan i was being signed up for. I clarified many times that i was only going to be charged the stream box plan and get a free iPad but the. I wall was signed up for the mobile plan i called many times to complain about this and it was told it would be fixed but never was. Now just today it went into collections. Please helpo

I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with the iPad, but you have come to the right place for assistance with this issue. Do you still have the device, or when you found out about the monthly charge for data did you return the device?
