Is the "free" year of mobile service a scam? I have spent endless hours trying to get charges reversed.
I've spent far too much time on the phone and chat with assistants who promise to reverse the charges, but they don't. I see a lot of complaints about this. Why is Xfinity doing this to their customers?

Good morning mystique-ish. Absolutely not a scam. There should not be any need to reverse charges, our team would love to help coordinate a fix.
