Issue with 1 year free mobile line promo

I added 2 lines under 2 different accounts with the 1-year free promotion. However, I’ve been charged the monthly fee for both lines. Additionally, I never received the $100 gift card for each line.

I previously contacted support and was told I would receive the gift cards within 24 hours by email, but nothing has happened. Please resolve this issue and ensure both the promotion and gift cards are applied correctly.

@user_my4ykp I’m sorry to hear you're having issues with your Mobile promotions.  As a friendly reminder we have a website dedicated for incentives such as gift cards where you can check the status at https://www.xfinityincentivetracker.com/track.  Most incentives have a 90 day or so eligibility period. We can certainly review your account to resolve this for you.
