Lied to about Iphone trade in and purchase with Xfinity mobile services.

I just got off the phone with them for this very same reason. They promised me 2 500.00 gift cards for signing up and trading in my phones. When I did not receive the GC's I chatted with a rep and she assured me I would have them within 48 hours. I just sent them the transcript and they are still telling me I am wrong. I should have just stayed with Verizon, as I am not saving any money, all they did was get me to buy not one but two Iphone 16 Pro max. Nothing but a sales ploy.
