Lies

Phone plan. I transferred my service from one network to Xfinity on the promise that I will receive a year worth of service for free. After that it would be $40..

Today I got a bill for $50. I just signed up on September 18. They charge me since August. 

Xfinity customer service always lie to get you to join and get a new phone. This is the second time they disappointed me and lie about their plan. 

I don't trust Xfinity Mobile. I will never get them again. Beware of promises from Xfinity. They won't keep it.

I am sorry to hear about your experience with Xfinity Mobile. I can truly understand the frustration this has caused. I understand how important it is for promotions to be applied correctly, and this is absolutely not the experience we want for our customers. @user_a2fcac when you signed up for your mobile plan do you remember what your recurring monthly billing summary said during the approval process?
