Your live chat is misleading.  It's very frustrating; I want to speak with a live person about adding mobile service.  You get stuck in the unhelpful automated chatbot.  If you can't get to a live assistant ,then don't say it is live. If you want happy customers who want to expand their service, you need to talk to them.

Comcast live chat is such a joke. The automated system is extremely frustrating and not helpful whatsoever. None of the things I am typing in are being acknowledged. Every response I give them, all they do is repeat the same question over and over and it is the stupidest thing ever
