Managers on my Xfinity Mobile account
I received an email about managers on my account will be receiving greater access. It states that I currently have Manager(s) on my account. This incorrect or unintended. If I follow instructions about granting access, there is only info about ADDING managers. How do I view or remove a manager?

If you only see your name under your account and identity page, you don't have any managers.
I got the same email and I can't find any names on my account except mine.
Managers - are people you appoint. The email is a mistake. Xfinity as a whole is a big mistake!

To get started, if you're needing to remove or delete any Xfinity IDs tied to your account, including existing Managers, you can do so by following the steps given at xfinity.com/support/articles/delete-username-from-account.
