Missing promotions

I have a confirmation on Xfinity’s own site that I would get “One Unlimited Line free for 12 months” and there is no promotion on my Xfinity mobile account and multiple support agents have told me I’m not getting it. I also am supposed to have a monthly credit towards $400 off a phone I upgrade on 06/30. I’m also not getting that. This has been the worst “customer service” experience I’ve ever encountered. Can someone help me with this?

My apologies as we did receive an unsolicited direct message seeming ti indicate you were able to get this figured out. Have you attempted to reach out to our Xfinity Mobile team to review the Unlimited Line offer and the Device Payment Plan credits for the upgrade @user_9lp3cj
