Missing promotions
I have a confirmation on Xfinity’s own site that I would get “One Unlimited Line free for 12 months” and there is no promotion on my Xfinity mobile account and multiple support agents have told me I’m not getting it. I also am supposed to have a monthly credit towards $400 off a phone I upgrade on 06/30. I’m also not getting that. This has been the worst “customer service” experience I’ve ever encountered. Can someone help me with this?
