I have been with xfinity for about 4 years now and have never had issues like i’ve had in the past 3 months. I recently moved and my bill went up so i called to see if there was any promotions going on.. they told me yes and fixed my plan, somehow i ended up with an ipad at my door and a whole xfinity mobile plan and bill WHICH I DIDNT ASK FOR AND DONT NEED. I kept trying to call to send it back and i keep being told i was sent a return label WHICH I NEVER WAS and they “can’t send a new one”???? i have gone to the xfinrirt store i have spent hours on the phone and no one seems to be able to help me. i keep getting charged for something i didn’t want and don’t use. was told i would receive a refund which i never did and would receive and email from the hire ups with a new return label and still never have. this has been an ongoing thing for over a month and im absolutely appalled with how this company is handling this. On top of all that i cant even view my bill on any search engine or app it just gives me error messages each time so what am i even paying for i cant even see it?? someone please just hope me send this ipad back and cancel my whole account. i’m done with it.
