MY ACCOUNT IS MESSED UP

So got a call from Daniell with Xfinity Mobile and the fraudent purchase of an iPhone 16 was finally cleared up (maybe) however now even thought I no longer have service with them as I discontinued due to their horrid service. I am stll being billed for $128 AND GUESS WHAT, THEY WILL NOT LET ME A STATEMENT TO SEE WHAT THIS IS FOR. OMG this company is do corrupt.
