My buy 1 get 1 promotion

I have the contract I signed for my buy 1 get 1 promotion in order to switch the first mouth I had to call 3 times and spend hours on the phone they finally credit it 2nd mouth had to call back spent 2 hours on the phone first 3 reps said yeah I see it no problem then the last rep said well we decided to give u 10.00 off ur internet so u do not qualify for the 30.00 of a month for 12 months this company  is horrible I am going to do my best to contact a lawyer and sue see they messed up by giving me a contract I signed
