Negligent Billing and Transfer to Collections

I am Myles Cresse,
I subscribed to internet services in June of 2024 and received a promotion for an Apple IPAD with 1 year of free mobile service on that day. You guys have charged me every month for the mobile service since then, and I've had to contact support every time i catch it to remove it and get refunds. You guys honor the promotion so its fine. Up until now, as it was moved to collections with out my knowledge. It is the last day of service for the promotion and now i find that you guys are reporting it to credit bureau negligently. I need this account refunded all of its payments charged, and for the account to come out of collections. I do also explicitly tell you guys to fix the credit reporting and act accordingly as if you do not i will file suit.
Also as an American i find it disturbing your company does not hire Americans nor hold email addresses capable of managing such accounts. I fear you guys are intentionally providing incompent services to blaintly claim ignorance for when legal matters arise.
