Never Activated!!
I have been getting charged for Xfinity Mobile for months and I have never activated my phone with Xfinity Mobile! I was told Xfinity mobile was free with my internet services, but I never got around to actually activating my phone! Come to find out Xfinity has been taking money out of my bank account for several months now for a service I don’t use! I have tried calling, but never get a real person! I am directed to text, but when I text a bot tells me they don’t understand the issue!! This must stop now and I want all my money back and the automatic withdrawals to be blocked!!

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
