No BOGO deal

I never had that BOGO deal show up on my bill. 

I called them they say I can only have one promotion which is home Internet. Can't be combined. When I open the account they told me I will get all the promotions (home internet, BOGO deal) and no BOGO show up on my bill

 Called them no help. Don't trust the BOGO deal.
