There are a few ways you can view your bill in paper form.
Our Xfinity App is free to download and from there your bill will be in PDF format.
You can print it if you like. We keep the last two years of your billing statement.
You can also log into our famous website at https://www.xfinity.com/overview to view your bills.
If you're wanting to have your bill mailed each month you can pot out of paperless billing.
Steps:
Log in to your Xfinity account, Select Manage bill delivery, Select Turn off Paperless Billing, Select Confirm. Once this is done, you will no longer receive an electronic version of your bill and your bill will come in the mail each month. You will no longer receive a text alert or email when your bill is available online. If you had automatic payments set up, the discount for paperless billing will be removed.
