Not honoring the promotion

I keep getting the runaround about my e gift cards and its been 3 weeks.  I been called a liar and hung up on.

With the gift cards, if customers do qualify there is a 90-day or 3-month period for the eligibility portion, and then gift cards would be sent within a 4-6 week window from that. Have you had a chance to check the status at https://xfinityincentivetracker.com ?

There is a 90-day eligibility period that is first. Once the 90-day window has passed, so long as a customer is eligible the card is sent within the 4-6 week window. Have you had a chance to check the incentive tracker? What is the status showing on there?
