Old records Mobil
Hi, I need to check an old call record on my Xfinity Mobile account.
I want to confirm whether I received a call from [Edited: "Personal Information"] on November 27, 2023.
The record is too old to view online. Is there any way you can check the historical call records or tell me how to request them?

I would be more than happy to offer my assistance. Call and message details older then 3 months would not be available. You can review your last three months of call and text message details using the Xfinity app or online through your Xfinity Mobile account. This history includes dates, times, and phone numbers for all calls and text messages sent from and received by all lines of service on your account.
