Ongoing billing issues

I have been dealing with being over charged for a phone since June. I habe spoken with 5 different people from xfinity and the last one seemed to resolve the situation. I was told that I would receive a credit each month to offset the charge for the phone. I only received the credit once or twice. The recent bill doesn't have the credit on it
