Overcharged

My account was overcharged ……….

please assist ……..,.

There has been an un.authorized. Deduction from my bank account after I have made my monthly xfinity mobile and internet payments. This has caused my account to overdraft. It is devastating to experience this.

i have been in the hospital. I am a disabled veteran experiencing major financial difficulties. I have not even been able to afford to buy groceries.

please help!

Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it
