Overcharged

I have been dealing with Xfinity since September on getting $115 dollars that I was overcharged. I have the full conversation with the store manager stating that the refund should have occured, due to store rep error at the time of signing. I still have not gotten my refund. Who else should I contact? I have asked for GM contact- texted her and she has never responded to my message.
