Past due balance issue
For months tried telling these [Edited: "Language"] people I have no past due balance I called my bank n had them stop payment on a charge from auto pay that's what customer service told me to do I owed them $30 they took $107;off my card they always seem to bring that up well [Edited: "Language"] yes I owed u $30 not $107 big difference then they give me a $241 credit where's the credit?? Oh on the past due balance PAST DUE BALANCE I HAVE NO PAST DUE BALANCE so where did it go? I was on ACP till April may 1 got my Xfinity bill $35 I said [edited: "language"] June added $69 to the $35 paid $100 July paid $100 august paid 70$ no past due balance! I'm sick of the hours on the phone trying to tell them what past due balance then you give me back $241 goes to past due balance! What are u talking about I never had a past due of $241 [edited: "inflammatory"] I called to lower my bill weeks ago I look today n im still on super fast still today they forced me to sign up on a installment plan I paid them $85 I'm still getting charged for that but I did that cause I had no wifi n two kids doing homework one of which in the middle of writting a paper get your act together n get people who speak English!
