user_b3zmxi, thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support. Here are instructions on how to pay your NOW Mobile bill:
 

Through the NOW Mobile App 

  • Open the Xfinity app (NOW Mobile is managed here)
  • Navigate to:
    • Account → Billing → Make a Payment
  • Customers can:
    • Add/update a payment method
    • Pay their monthly charge
