Phone trade-in return labels
I purchased 2 iphone 15's last week, and then accepted the trade-in offer for my 2 old iphone 14s. The following day, I received 2 emails asking me to return my devices soon. When I click on the purple tab "print your return label", it brings up a blank screen. I've tried the link at work, at home, and my in-laws house, and it is just a blank screen. I started a customer service chat last Thursday, and I was assured that I would receive new emails within 24 hours but I received nothing. I then called customer service last night, and I stayed on the phone for over 30 minutes but my call was lost when one agent transferred me over to a different department. I only have about 2 weeks left to return the old phones to xfinity.

To send a direct message:

Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

Fortunately, my issue was resolved via a call with customer service yesterday morning. I was sent a direct email from the advanced team where the shipping labels were attached as PDFs versus receiving those purple tab links. Thank you.
