Please correct our Xfinity billing error ASAP & resume our mobile service

Xfinity overcharged me $264.39 international fees in July while I had global pass. The agent agreed to a refund & I got the refund in Aug. However, in Sept, your system reversed $264.39 credits again & cut my mobile services. 8 calls & 1 store visit cannot resolve the issue. Please help ASAP before I file a small claim court lawsuit against Xfinity.
