Poor communication
The promos sound great, but be careful and double-check everything. Every time I called, I got different information from different reps. Because of the confusion, I ended up locked into a two-year contract without getting the full trade-in value I was promised.
I could’ve stayed with T-Mobile, but decided to give Xfinity Mobile a chance. Sadly, they’ve failed to meet the expectations they set. While the reps were friendly, the misinformation and lack of clear communication made this a very disappointing experience.

I’m going through the exact same issue, and I’m really regretting switching from AT&T. Every time I contact customer service, I get a completely different answer from each rep, and chat support seems more focused on selling something than actually helping.
My iPhone trade-in was inspected in excellent condition by the store associate, yet a month later I was told over the phone that it “didn’t pass grading,” and now the credits I was promised aren’t being applied. It feels misleading and extremely frustrating.
