porting now mobile to another carrier

Went to xfinity store and they they gave me my account # porting pin and zip code but my new carrier said invalid information. I have xfinity now mobile. They say wrong account # at new carrier. How do I get ahold of someone to fix this? Xfinity store cannot help with NOW and chat told me to switch to postpaid and then port which I do not want and Xfinity NOW portal when I try to transfer takes me to add services.

You can get this information from the Xfinity app and also request a port out. 

To port your number out of NOW Mobile (Xfinity), you need your account number, transfer PIN, and billing address. You must request the PIN through the Xfinity app or by calling support; do not cancel your service until the transfer is fully completed by your new carrier.

1. Gather Your Transfer Information
To move your number to your new carrier, you will need:
  • Account Number: Found on your monthly Xfinity bill or by signing in to your account.
  • Transfer PIN: Required by the FCC to authorize the move.
  • Billing Address: The address associated with your Xfinity account.
  • Account Holder Name: Your exact name on the NOW Mobile account.

2. How to Get Your Transfer PIN
You can generate your unique Number Transfer PIN using the Xfinity Mobile Account dashboard or the Xfinity app:
  1. Sign in and navigate to the Devices section.
  2. Select the specific phone number or device you want to transfer.
  3. Scroll down and select Transfer your number / Cancel this line (or tap "Learn More").
  4. Choose to receive the Number Transfer PIN via SMS.
Note: Alternatively, you can contact the NOW Mobile support team via the Xfinity Assistant to request your port-out details.

Going to Xfinity Mobile Account takes me to start shopping for Xfinity services even though I am logged in. Going to Xfinity NOW website and go to my account and Click on NOW mobile under plans it shows NOW mobile unlimited plan 1 line, but when I click on more details it takes me to add services to get started. Also when I can find the page that says transfer/cancel and I click on that it takes me to the same page add services to get started. I am on prepaid service and my last payment was for June 3rd to July 2nd. but my account number is not listed under payment details. Also the Xfinity store near me gave me an account number and porting pin but says they cannot help with NOW services. Also when I go to NOW services it says autopay is turned on and if I go to turn off autopay it says something unexpected happened and will not let me continue. Also I have 2 accounts listed under my name and one is for NOW internet and one is for my old Xfinity regular internet which Xfinity will not remove which is where my NOW prepaid is listed, but when I go to check previous payments it only lists my old internet plan and not my NOW mobile.
