Problem with canceling smartwatch line
I have transferred my phone line connected to my smartwatch line back in February.
I called to Xfinity first time in February and asked them to cancel my smartwatch line but was told that smartwatch line will be cancelled automatically.
Smartwatch line was not canceled and I was charged extra $10 a month since February.
I contacted to Xfinity again on 4/29/2025 via chat and agent wrote that they raised the refund ticket and I will get refund within 2-3 days.
I didn't get refund as of today about 14 days after this contact.

After sometime I contacted to Xfinity again chatID is

Again I was assured that line will be cancelled and I will get refund in 2-3 days but again nothing happened.
Finally I May I called again and was transferred to agent that was able to cancel my smartwatch line but I didn't get refund from February to May.
