Promotion

customer service is the worst, they promised me a $500 trade in promotion up to 5 lines buyout to switch. I had 3 lines with Verizon. They messed up on the promotion, gave me another promotion. I called them so many times and got a different answer each time, I even went to the store and they told me that nothing could be done, I ended up getting a negative balance from Verizon because xfinity never gave me the promotion credit to help pay off the previous carriers balance. I talked to a supervisor and said she would make an exception for me because I was promised that promotion and that she would call me the next day and she never did, I'm so disappointed, I wouldn't recommend anyone to this horrible service.

I’m going through the exact same issues. I wish I had seen this forum before joining Xfinity—it’s been the worst experience ever. The lack of transparency and support is horrible.

The prices are cheaper a month, but I already paid for it due to not having the promotion to help pay to switch from verizon, it came with a $1,600+ cost, I just hope and pray I don't have any problems with anything anytime soon, I just don't trust anyone in the coustmer service over the phone, if I have an issues I'll just go to the xfinity store and talk to a person face to face
