Re apply for mobile

I first joined in 2024 I had a mobile line and Internet as part that agreement I needed to port in from other carrier within doing this 2 other lines got create by an agent who I believe was padding their sales list . I called many times trying to fix my bill which was triple there are plenty of archived notes related to this incident . My proof ended up being the fact that all 3 lines were identified with same time and same phone model. You would think that would end the case . In stead the line only disappeared 1 at a time . In the end in the day I canceled my service the last fraud line was still on their and they offered me nothing for this . So now here it is present and I am trying to reopen my account port number, and bring my lifeline pilot money along with me and the system is blocking me because it thinks I am a prior bad client .. it denys my trade I and wants this ridiculous down payment   on top of the fact that I kept the Internet from then to now I would have never left if it wasn't for additional lines that I never ask for if I did I,doubt that I would've told them to activate duplicate imei the fancy system should have never allowed imei more than once either way it was something that shouldn't have proceeded nobody is gonna convince me that imei has to be 2 of the top ways you do business and it can be duplicated for sales quota

What is the message you are receiving when trying to sign up? From your post, it reads as you want to bring your own phone to Xfinity Mobile? What is the make/model of the phone? The issue might be that it's not compatible with the service.

@user_exd6vy thanks for taking the time to post on our Xfinity Community Forums page. I'd like to do everything I can to help with your Xfinity Mobile concern. How long did you have the Xfinity Mobile service for?

[Edited: "Personal Information"]

I ended on good terms kept the Internet ever since . Upgraded a week ago and it doesn't say no to any part of it just wanting a 300 dollar deposit on a 700 dollar phone is wrong considering I only left because they kept sending me bills that I knew were a direct result of a agent fluffing his sales list it's hard for me to believe that the system allowed 3 imei entrys to go thru? Not that it was activated but it showed that it would go to the the point of reaching out to me for money based on a glitch internally, they also offered me nothing for this stress and let me go like that , and now that I think of returning it's going to take the same type of fight . L so if nothing comes of this chat no I won't be doing any hoop jumping for a new phone prompt. Under the condition I've told you I owe nothing  not even the time it takes to type . I'm not intitaled or whatever there are limits with everybody
