Reach Legal Department
Hello, I've had several tickets opened for my account, each being closed with no appropriate action being taken, and no notice. My issue is a refund request due to a service Xfinity has been charging me for, when in reality, it should have been free. It was the Xfinity mobile + internet bundle, where for the first year, any user in this plan should have had a free unlimited line on their mobile device (With the option of getting a free A25). One of the latest tickets that was made by the agent I spoke to online had the written statement that the agent affirming this refund will be provided to me, but it has been closed. I'd like to contact the legal department, as I've tried to submit a "Notice of Dispute" with no response yet. I am willing to provide more information if necessary. Thank you.

Greetings, @OmarA.! Thank you for reaching out about the refund tickets. We would need to ensure that any billing credits that are needed have been placed on the account. The refund tickets are for when there is an overpayment reflecting in credit balance on the account or if your account is closed and there is a credit balance. If the account does not show a credit, no refund will be issued and the ticket is closed. We are happy to check on this further with you.
