Reactivation
Hello! Two days ago I deactivated my phone number. It was a mistake, I will explain the whole situation. I am a military serviceman and I am currently deployed, before the deployment I was in the Xfinity store and they promised me a military suspension (from December 29) for the time of my absence in the USA and assured me that I would only pay about $ 10 per month for both lines. Two days ago I saw that nothing was done and my credit card was debited for $ 41.25. While talking to the assistant in the chat I found out that this suspension does not affect the monthly payment (however, I was convinced in the store of the opposite) this upset me and I deactivated my number. I want to get my number [Edited: "Personal Information"] back, and get a clear answer about the military suspension and how much I will need to pay per month. I have two lines connected, I need the cheapest option to keep my number, that is, if the price difference is not significant, I would keep both numbers. Thank you and I hope for your understanding!
