If you have a comcast.net email account, you can access billing through there; however, logging into the Xfinity.com website is also another way to access your plan, billing, and other various things. I hope this helps!

user_22dqf1 Hello there, and Happy Friday! Thank you for reaching out to our Xfinity Forums Team to gain access to your Xfinity Statement. I'm happy to help you get situated. You should be able to login to your Xfinity Account, or your Xfinity App. Here are the steps for both platforms. Please let me know if you are running into any issues when trying to access your statement. 
 
Xfinity Website:
  1. Sign in: Go to xfinity.com and sign in with your Xfinity ID and password.
  2. Find Billing: Click on the person icon in the top-right corner, then select Billing.
  3. View Statement History: Choose Statement History to see your billing history.
  4. Download PDF: Click on the desired statement to download a PDF version.
  5. Older Statements: For statements older than two years, use the Load More drop-down. 
Using the Xfinity App:

 

   1. Download the App: Get the Xfinity app from your device's app store.

   2. Sign in: Sign in to the app as the Primary user or a Manager.

   3. Access Statements: Tap the Account tab, then the account balance section, and select Statement history.
